Co-ops for Community

The Co-ops for Community Patch program inspires young boys and girls to learn more about the value of cooperatives as a better business model, and helps builds leadership skills and supports community connections.

Additional Details:

Cabot sends a celebration package to leaders and educators of groups and clubs, including a free patch to every individual filling out the survey.

Once you print the booklet(s), you will notice the survey questions on page (3) of each booklet.  The completed survey(s) can be scanned and emailed to healthinfo@cabotcheese.coop, faxed to 802.496.1227, or mailed to 193 Home Farm Way, Waitsfield, VT 05673, attention Amanda Schlott.
